When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it), number of travelers, chosen trip, preferred departure and the message you write to us.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your request, plan your trip and communicate with you before, during and after the trip. The legal basis is your consent and fulfilling the agreement when you book a trip with us.

4. Retention

We keep your data as long as needed for the purpose — requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted at the latest 12 months after the last contact. Bookings are stored as long as accounting and consumer legislation require.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of your data, to object to processing, request restriction and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

6. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use any marketing or tracking cookies.

7. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share information with suppliers necessary to fulfill your trip (e.g. accommodation and local partners) and only to the extent required.
